My name is Robert Reid, also known as DJ Detailz and I am a professional Disk Jockey that has placed my personal brand in many industries such as but not limited to;

• Fashion: Performing at shows with 500+ attendees, blending style and sound.

• Corporate: Performing at conventions with over 1,000 attendees, delivering a variety of genres for each set.

• Nightlife: DJ’ing and hosting events at Washington D.C.’s hottest venues being recognized as a prominent figure in the DC nightlife scene.

• Sports: Being the Premiere DJ for DC’s professional ultimate frisbee team, The DC Breeze.

• Weddings: Providing not only sound, but photo booth, lighting, smoke machine and other rentals as well.

I am a versatile and adaptable that can excel with various DJ equipment setups, ensuring seamless performances regardless of the environment. I also have an extensive history with hosting and MC’ing ultimately making me able to bring any event to life by engaging its attendees.

My journey began at Howard University, where I honed my passion for music and attention to detail at WHUR 96.3 where I honed my skills as an on air personality and radio DJ.

Through WHUR I have been able to perform at sporting events with a very large attendance such as football, basketball and volleyball games. This gave me the necessary experience to perform for the D.C. Breeze.
